Are your maps accessible and 508 Compliant?
Yes, our latest version of the map is navigable by keyboard. You can see this if you tab over the map:
This was done to make the map usable by users using assistive devices. This makes the map much more accessible than other SVG and JavaScript interactive maps. We believe this allows the map to be part of a 508 compliant website, but ultimately this will depend on the specifics of how you customize and use the map and you may want to communicate some content in other redundant ways outside of the map.
